DLD Engineering
The leadership of DLD Engineering has been actively engaged in providing Structural Engineering services since 1991. As Structural Consultants to owners, architects, and contractors; DLD Engineering leadership has been responsible for the design of many structures. These structures include parking structures, residential and multi-family facilities, education facilities, hotel facilities, sports facilities, industrial facilities, museums, libraries, hospitals, office buildings, and municipal buildings. We have also been retained by clients to assist them in the designs for renovating, retrofitting, and repairing their facilities.

DLD Engineering offers a full range of Structural Engineering Consulting Services including analysis and design of structures, construction document preparation, building information modeling (BIM), construction contract administration, special structural inspections, value engineering, peer review, consultations, evaluations and reports. In our many years of practice, we have completed more than 400 projects in the United States and abroad.

Offer more than 25 years of structural engineering, design, project management, value engineering and structural system selection experience. He is experienced for a wide variety of projects including mid/high rise projects, condominiums, lofts, apartments, hotels, golf clubhouses, commercial, industrial facilities, water treatment facilities, medical office buildings, parking structures, office buildings, educational facilities, restaurants, retail facilities, community centers, fire stations, churches, child care centers, libraries, banks, and recreational facilities. He uses wood, masonry, structural steel, light gage steel, tilt up concrete, precast concrete, post-tensioned concrete and reinforced concrete in the structural design. Role and responsibilities included: active involvement throughout design and construction processes, coordination of project personnel, project design, planning and budget control, value engineering to determine appropriate and economical systems, drafting accuracy reviews, and preparing proposals for prospective jobs.

Samuel E. Navadeh,P.E.
Mr. Navadeh specialized in post-tensioned concrete framed structures and high-rise designs. Mr. Navadeh has over seven years of experience in providing structural engineering services for hospitality, multifamily residential, mixed-use, commercial, and healthcare projects.

Mr. Navadeh’s portfolio includes the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Estero Bay, Florida, a project that provides 224 residences in two 22-story towers, sitting within 500 acres of lush lands on the bay, the state’s first aquatic preserve dedicated in December 1966; The Island at West Bay Club in Estero, Florida, a 425,000 sf, 24-story luxury residential tower providing 86 units and a rooftop pool; Parke West Luxury Residential in Nashville, Tennessee, a premiere mixed-use development consisting of 210 residential units, a Hilton hotel, a street-level retail; Broadwest, a mixed-use project including a 34-story residential tower providing 196 high-end condominiums anchored by a 237-story residential tower providing 196 high-end condominiums anchored by a 237-room luxury Conrad Nashville hotel and a 21-story, 510,000 sf Class A office tower in Nashville, Tennessee; The Ursa, a 180,000 sf Class A+ office building in Miami’s Design District in Florida; and Thrive Lewisville in Texas, a 87,000 sf recreational center including gymnasium, indoor walking track and playground, fitness areas and studios, and Lewisville’s first indoor pool.

As a forensic engineer, Mr. Navadeh has conducted inspections of commercial and residential properties assisting clients with assessing potential damage to various building components. These forensics analysis included low slope commercial roofs, modified bitumen roof, SPF, TPO, EPDM, grading and drainage issues, stormwater flow analysis, geotechnical analysis, review and rebuttal of SPF installation standards. Mr. Navadeh has provided forensic services on a wide variety of projects including single family residential projects to large multidisciplinary commercial projects.
Mr. Navadeh holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from American University, UAE.
